The Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of all Council activities. It takes charge of the capacity building program for MCPI members; supports and supervises research projects; disseminates information; and maintains partnerships with the government and other allied organizations. It arranges for and services meetings of the Board of Trustees, the Annual General Meeting, and the MCPI Annual Conference.
