The Federation of People’s Sustainable Development Cooperative envisions empowered marginalized sectors adhering to sustainable development. As its mission, it is committed to empower its member organizations by providing innovative and responsive programs and services so they can become catalyst of social transformation.
FPSDC was established in 1998, with 21 member-NGOs and cooperatives, as a spin-off to the Central Loan Fund (CLF) program of the Philippine Development Assistance Program (PDAP). Today, in pursuance of its vision, it has found its niche in providing a mix of financial and non-financial services to its more than one hundred organization-members spread nation-wide.
